Abstract

The tuberculosis is usually infrequent in peripheral joints. Furthermore, in these joints, this infection is paucicelular. Sometimes the diagnosis is hard to take and often neglected leading to important consequences to patience. This case report aimed to alert the importance of early diagnosis and show the natural evolution of this infection in the hindfoot.
