Calcifying aponeurotic fibroma (CAF) is a rare lesion that can affect the feet and should be considered as a differential diagnosis of plantar tumors. The treatment is given by surgical resection, and the definitive diagnosis is confirmed by histopathological analysis. This case report shows the presentation and treatment of a 17-year-old patient with CAF and emphasizes the importance of proper imaging planning to reduce risks and recurrence.
