Abstract

Cleft foot, or ectrodactily, is a rare congenital anomaly in which a single cleft extends proximally from the digits into the midfoot. We report the case of a 2-year-old male patient and presented with a bilateral cleft-foot, who underwent surgical correction of one foot. The objective of the treatment was to improve adaptation to conventional footwear and appearance. We describe the surgical technique and show the results.
