Abstract

We present a case report regarding peripheral neuropathy on feet by Chagas’ disease. The patient has been managed at our outpatient clinic. The clinical similarity to diabetic foot makes the case very important, since the case looks to be unusual in the foot and ankleclinic. We believe that the approach needs to be appropriated, in order to avoid dramatic evolution and complications, like ulcers, deep infection and lower extremity amputation.
