Thefollow-up was up to 12 months after surgery. Results: The meanAOFAS score ranged from 44.6±8.6 to a final value of 88.7±3.9 score(pmean metatarsal length ranged from 50.3mm to 45.6mm (pand mean metatarsus primus elevatus ranged from 6mm to 1.2mm(pConclusion: The results of the study confirm that distal obliqueosteotomy is an effective procedure in the treatment of hallux rigidus, providing a significant improvement in joint function and a high levelof satisfaction with the procedure.
