Abstract

Gouty arthritis is a condition characterized by an alteration in the metabolism of uricacid formation with tophaceous gout and joint destruction. At the foot affects mainly the articulation of the MTF Hallux can affect others less so. We presented a case with a condition in both feet and greataggressiveness, documenting its evolution through time. lt describes the behavior and is followed by an update of the basic pathology.
