Abstract

Case report of a yuxta- articular osteoid osteoma of the talus. It is an uncommon,benign lession with a clinical presentation that mimics other foot and ankle patologies. For this reason it may be misdiagnosed. The case, image findings and diferential diagnosis are cited and those studies which present more sensitivity when it comes to early diagnosis are also described.
